Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SavvyHost's travel management system (TMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Account Requirements

When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
Use the service for legitimate business purposes only

Subscription & Billing

Our subscription terms include:

All plans are billed in advance on a yearly basis
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days before renewal
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
Full refund within 30 days if not satisfied

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications

Intellectual Property

The SavvyHost platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SavvyHost and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours, and you grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

Limitation of Liability

SavvyHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we will provide reasonable time to export your data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

AI Services

SavvyHost uses third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) to power content generation, translation, and SEO optimization features. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. Your content may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
